The discovery
This poor little kitten was found crying in the middle of the rain. The sight was heart-wrenching and filled everyone with anger. One can’t help but wonder, what drives a person to do this?
Upon closer inspection, the rescuers noticed that she had been painted blue with no care for her well-being. The paint had hardened on her fur, causing her immense pain and discomfort. It was evident that she had been used as a toy by heartless individual. They discarded her once they were done with their cruel fun.
The rescuers carefully picked up the kitten and brought her to vet. They tried to safely remove paint from her fur knowing the process was going to be delicate and time-consuming.
Despite her ordeal, she is eating well and being medicated already. She winced in pain occasionally, but she never once tried to scratch or bite. Using a mixture of gentle, pet-safe cleansers and oils helped in removing the toxic paint. Thank God the ink is coming out more easily.
The recovery
A lot of her fur fell out when they tried to remove the paint but they continued to comfort her throughout the process. She was still a bit weak so they had to feed her with a syringe. However, she cooperated very well! 90% of the paint was removed revealing her tiny body.
The paint is gradually coming off with the help of therapeutic bath oil. The rescuers gave her a name – Blue! Blue’s true fur color emerged, revealing a stunning coat of soft white and gray. She is a beautiful kitten with the kindest eyes and the sweetest demeanor.
A new beginning
She is eating well and gets stronger every day. Having sunbaths helps her skin and fur recover quicker. Blue has become really attached to them, showing just how much she values their care and love.
She’s really a smart girl! She gained weight slowly and patiently waits for adoption.
